The two-month Uzbekistan rubber plant technicians’ training course as “The Belt and Road Initiative” international cooperation project came to the end successfully, the graduation ceremony was held on the ground floor of the company administration building on the afternoon of May 24, and seven trainees from Uzbekistan, company chairman Shen Gengliang, vice general manager Lang Hongfeng, HR manager Fan Lingjun and relevant department director of Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry attended the ceremony, and the ceremony was presided over by Lang Hongfeng.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Chairman Shen Gengliang first congratulated the trainees for successful completion, hope to co-create and enjoy the development and cooperation with Uzbekistan rubber products factory, and also hope that trainees can apply their knowledges to practice, and actively promote bilateral cooperation.

At the graduation ceremony, trainee representative made conclusions to the study, practice and life of the “The Belt and Road Initiative” project by combing his own experience, he, on behalf of all trainees, also thanked all company leaders, experts, technicians and all staff. He said it was a meaningful trip to China for the participation of “The Belt and Road Initiative” training project. He hoped to have more chances to learn more products and technologies from Double Arrow.

Finally, Chairman Shen Gengliang issued graduation certificate of “The Belt and Road Initiative” project to all trainees, presented Chinese characteristics souvenirs to them, and also took pictures.

This project laid foundation for the follow-up technical cooperation between Double Arrow and Uzbekistan as “The Belt and Road Initiative” countries. Looking into future, Double Arrow and Uzbekistan rubber plant will make use of “The Belt and Road Initiative” international cooperation platform and new opportunities to further strengthen pragmatic cooperation and realize common development.
