Recently, the anti-tear flame-retardant steel cord pipe conveyor belt independently developed and produced by Double Arrow has captured industry attention again —— The closed-circuit transportation project for belts in Zouping City, Shandong Province, has completed full-speed no-load testing and is officially entering the heavy-load testing phase.

The conveyor belt for this project spans a total length of 30 kilometers, covering 8 conveyor lines with a diameter of 600 millimeters (four dual-direction parallel lines). The longest double-line conveyor belt measures 10 kilometers, navigating through complex environments such as tunnels, railway bridges, and rivers, accommodating a maximum height difference of 30 meters, nearly 20 turns, and extreme temperature variations exceeding 60°C. It sets a new benchmark for low-carbon and energy-saving transportation under complex working conditions. 

The closed conveyor transportation project in Zouping City directly transports materials from the railway freight yard to the Weiqiao factory area, operating at a speed of 4.5 meters per second and achieving a daily transportation capacity of 43,000 tons, equivalent to the capacity of 1,300 trailer trucks. The project implements closed transportation during the conveying process, minimizing dust pollution and truly achieving the legendary tale of "transporting coal without seeing it."

Previously, the company's conveyor belt system project for the Yubei Coal Logistics Base won the reputation of the Great World Guinness Record (with a single-line length of 15 kilometers, it is the pipe belt conveyor with the longest conveying distance). Additionally, the company supplied the first domestically produced 600mm diameter steel cord pipe conveyor belt to Jiangxi Shenhua Guohua Jiujiang Power Generation Co., Ltd., which received high recognition with the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements from Shenhua Guohua.
